The majority of our negotiations were conducted over the phone and when it came time to sign off on the deal and pass the papers, there was no quibbling, LUGOFF TOYOTA did what they said they were going to do with no little add ons or ...'Cheese, we forgot to mention this little extra cost detail.'
I have been a customer of your service department dealing with them for going on some 18 years. It started with a 1991 Camry and at the moment includes: a '99 RAV 4, a 98 Lexus LS 400 and a '97 T-100.
All of my service work with LUGOFF has been top notch and I feel extremely comfortable in doing just about whatever they tell me needs to be done.
Special kudos to the manager, we were about to do the deal on an in-stock Black Corolla LE> My son John who accompanied me on the purchase had told Him that our first color choice of my wife was the Charcoal Grey.
Propitiously, just before the deal for the black one was done, them manager said, "We've goat a dealer in the upstate wants to trade us a Charcoal Grey for the Black" and so, we ended up with her FIRST CHOICE.
Having negotiated with virtually every dealer within a 90 mile radius of Columbia, I know that you worked REALLY CLOSE on this sale.
